  1. Final Costs for DC
    • Please make sure you all have paid your balance by middle of January.  
    • I have reserved hotel rooms for the extra nights, Saturday the 3rd and Friday the 9th at the same hotel we will be staying at in Alexandria, the Key Bridge Marriott.

    • Each room costs $171 and I had to reserve 6 rooms for the 23 of us, so that means about $44 per person for each night. So everyone will have to pay me $88 for the extra nights at the hotel.

    • We also need to get around on those days, so I will order Smart Trip (like passcards for each of us) for $30. That may not suffice, but we can add money to our Smart Trip cards later.

    • Then food on those days will be on you. We will likely look for cheap eats on Saturday night, Sunday AM and then Friday and Saturday AM. I am guessing about $90 for food. So the total additional cost will be about $200.

    • I will need to be paid by middle of February $118 to keep my bookkeeper happy.
